I Did It!!!! - Toronto, ON

I'm a 39 yrs old mother of 2 wonderful kids. Like thousands of women, I wanted my body back after the toil of pregnancy, my husband was absolutely against my having surgery, it took him some months but he eventually came around for I would never do anything without him being on board, and he was just the best caring for our kids while I recovered. I don't know how much I weigh, I've never bothered with all that, I'm only interested in how clothes fit my body, and after pregnancy it WAS NOT good. I had a tummy tuck, breast lift and reduction, Lipo to the flanks and bra rolls. This procedure is not a walk in the park if you don't have the proper help, I was blessed to have had a wonderful friend stay with me and care for me till I was back on my feet, which made the whole journey a lot easy. Before the procedure I prayed a lot about it and was specific in what I wanted and what I didn't want, and my prayers were answered I had no complications or infections, my incisions are perfect, the tummy incision is very low and very thin, it's healing very nicely with no scar therapy being done. The tummy tuck and Lipo procedures were the most intense that I barely even remember that I had anything done to my breast. I'm almost 3 months post op and it's all going really well. The 1st week was the hardest to get thru, just because I absolutely hated the effects of the drugs, yes it took the pain away and helped me sleep but waking up from it was the worst feeling ever but once I was thru taking the Percocet and antibiotics it got a lot better. Some people were able to return to work after 2 weeks, well I find that it depends on what you got done. There was no way I ready to go back to work at 2 weeks, I didn't stand upright till almost 4 weeks. All in all it was a wonderful journey made easy by the amazing team at the clinic and the support system I had. Dr J and his team were AWESOME!!! I love my new body, I don't have body issues anymore, I walk around naked all the time my kids are grossed out by it Lol!! I'm more consistent in the gym now for I want to improve my results even more. I've uploaded a few pictures and I believe they speak for themselves. Happy healing everyone

Hello everyone I trust everyone is doing well and healing nicely, just wanted to do a 10month update, I had a revision procedure yesterday lipo to my right flank for it was a bit bigger than my left side and Dr J offered to rectify it and he was so sweet about it. It was not a pain free experience I'll tell you that if I knew before hand how painful it was going to be I would not have bothered with the revision, but oh well is done. Dr J was really nice during the procedure trying to put me at ease and make me laugh thru it all.
Here are a few picture I took a few months ago. I started Shaun T T-25 and the difference within a week is unbelievable, in a week I could see more definition in my abs I was blown away.

Boy was I a mess Lol! I actually love me now, I look in the mirror and I smile AWESMAZING!!!
