10month update
Hello everyone I trust everyone is doing well and healing nicely, just wanted to do a 10month update, I had a revision procedure yesterday lipo to my right flank for it was a bit bigger than my left side and Dr J offered to rectify it and he was so sweet about it. It was not a pain free experience I'll tell you that if I knew before hand how painful it was going to be I would not have bothered with the revision, but oh well is done. Dr J was really nice during the procedure trying to put me at ease and make me laugh thru it all.
Here are a few picture I took a few months ago. I started Shaun T T-25 and the difference within a week is unbelievable, in a week I could see more definition in my abs I was blown away.

Great results with the T-25!!!! Was your revision done with local anesthesia? Was it the anesthesia that was painful or the actual procedure?I have a revision to schedule so I'm curious about that. You look fabulous!
Thanks...yes it was done under local anesthesia, and that's what was painful!!!! Felt like liquid fire being injected into me, boy does it burn they shouldn't call it freezing for it feels NOTHING like that. Anywho forgive my rant I so wasn't prepared for the pain. The actual procedure itself was ok for once the freezing kicks in you don't feel a thing only if the canola pokes into where there's no freezing then you feel a mother load of pain, happened like twice during the procedure for like a slit second, but Dr was as careful as he could be... After all is said and done if you have a good threshold for pain you should be fine, I though I did but I guess not. All the best.
