Just wanted to update 5yrs post-OP, I've been working out, and eating clean I've lost 20 lbs and my mummy make over is certainly one of the things I do NOT regret.
My wardrobe has had a makeover as well lol, clothes fit nicely and my daughter now shops in my closet BEST THING EVER !!!

10month update

Hello everyone I trust everyone is doing well and healing nicely, just wanted to do a 10month update, I had a revision procedure yesterday lipo to my right flank for it was a bit bigger than my left side and Dr J offered to rectify it and he was so sweet about it. It was not a pain free experience I'll tell you that if I knew before hand how painful it was going to be I would not have bothered with the revision, but oh well is done. Dr J was really nice during the procedure trying to put me at ease and make me laugh thru it all.
Here are a few picture I took a few months ago. I started Shaun T T-25 and the difference within a week is unbelievable, in a week I could see more definition in my abs I was blown away.

Dr J is a wonderful Dr and amazing human being, he's a realist and let's you know right of the bat, if you looking for a Doctor to hold your hand and baby you through out the process, Dr J is NOT the Dr for you. He tells you what results he can deliver and does even more so you are pleasantly surprised. His team is AMAZING most especially Kim, she's become like one of my sisters, I must say without her the process might not have been as easy as it was, I really am grateful and appreciative of her. The other ladies Becca, Sophie, the 2 Jessicas etc...were all amazing I couldn't be more pleased with them.
