I am looking forward to my surgery which is scheduled for mid October. For many years I've dealt with discomfort in my neck, shoulders and back. I've finally realized that exercising alone cannot reduce my breast size. I'm a little nervous about the surgery and recovery, but I've heard so many positives from people who have had this surgery. I don't know why I've waited so long to do this!

Shoulder indentations from bra strap

I have attached a couple of pics which show shoulder grooving or indentations where my bra straps sit. After I have surgery, I wonder if these indentations will go away?

You have pretty deep indentations, ):, I hope they go away as you hope after you're surgery

Wow g/h? I see why the indentations are so noticible now. I had no idea they were that big!

I have them too. I think my neck and shoulder muscles are overdeveloped from the constant strain. Will be interesting to see if they go away once our shoulders aren't carrying such a heavy load :)

All the strain I've placed on my shoulders over the years. - crazy! Yes, let's hope the indentations disappear:)

Mine haven't went away totally but are much better! The pain in my shoulders wasn't instantly better when I woke up (and it wasn't just the pan meds- the pressure was just gone because the girls stood up on their own!)

I just had my surgery yesterday and I was amazed st how I had NO shoulder pain! I feel like my chest is about 30 pounds lighter! Most pleasant surprise.
