Long Overdue Update

Honestly there wasn't much to update...
As promised here are the post-op photos, they might not be the best quality but it gives you a general idea of how things turned out.
I have my second post-op appointment with Dr. Brown on Tuesday so I'll post my 4 week post-op pictures then!
I am really happy with the results and the size especially since I was scared of going big. I still fit all my tops and dresses but now it looks more proportional. Also because I used to wear padded bras no one can even tell I had a BA.

DAYS 4-8

DAY 4
I went for my post-op and everything is going fine. I finally got to see them for the first time! It was nerve-wracking as I didn't know what to expect. There is a lot of swelling between the breasts- a solid inch. They said it should go away in 5-6 days. I don' have any bruising which is great. The breasts still feel numb and foreign but I need to give it more time. Still no pain and at times slight discomfort.

DAYS 5, 6, 7, 8
Honestly not much has changed. They still feel numb and I've been using the special gel Michelle gave me to put on the incisions. Still seem far apart from one another but I just need to remember that it takes time!!!!!

I hope everyone else is also having a smooth recovery! I'll post pictures up a bit later!

End of PO DAY , DAY 2, DAY 3

END POST OP DAY 1
No changes since the afternoon. No pain just slight discomfort. I only took 1 tylenol that day before bed to help me sleep better. Also had a successful bowel movement.
I slept for 11 hours straight! I didn't wake up during the night and everything felt fine.

POST OP DAY 2
I woke up around 10 a.m. feeling refreshed after getting such nice sleep. There was still no signs of pain just slight discomfort around where the stitches are. My breasts also started getting itchy. I felt tired so I spent a big chunk of the afternoon resting in bed and napping. I stepped out of the house to go get my hair blow-dried and to start feeling normal again as sitting at home can get quite boring. I ended up walking around for about 40 minutes afterwards but I got tired quickly so I headed home.
The previous days when I used ice packs as recommended I didn't really find them to do anything but today it felt nice. I continued to take my medication as prescribed but I didn't take any pain medication (tylenol or oxy). I went on another walk with my dad around the neighbourhood to get some fresh air. When I was going to bed, there was a tiny bit of throbbing pain in my right breast but it wasn't bad and it didn't last very long. I went to bed and slept for 9 hours straight. Constipated.

POST OP DAY 3
I woke up this morning without any discomfort- like I completely forgot I had a breast augmentation done because nothing felt out of the ordinary. I've been chilling at home, going for a walk now. Still taking my medication as prescribed but no pain medication (tylenol or oxy). There is no discomfort today at all. I have been doing my stretching exercises and it feels good! Breasts still get itchy sometimes but nothing uncomfortable. Good bowel movements.
