Hello friends :)
So it's been almost 3 months since my breast implant exchange things are going great I healed awesome already started working out a month ago. Kind of having boobie greed I won't lie haha. Wish I was a bit bigger but I think I will be totally happy once all the baby weight is off :). For a quick recap I did a breast implant exchange of 295cc anatomical gummy bears to 605cc high profile round silicone implants over the muscle ,stats are 5'9 155 pounds. Original boobies were a B32 now measuring into a 34 DDD . Here are a few update photos of how they are looking :) the very last black and white photo is what I had before my breast augmentation in 2006 to give an idea of what I was naturally.

Quick update. Things are going well I still have a little pain here and there but it's not unbearable or anything. The swelling has also gone down too . They are big but I don't find them ridiculous even though 605cc are supposed to be large implants.

Almost 2 weeks everything is going great !
Hi all it has been almost 2 weeks everything is going great had my one week check up everything is healing well no bruising nothing I go in on sept 1st to get my stitches out. Here are some update photos of the girls just a recap they are 605cc high profile silicone implants my stats are 5'8 160 pounds

They look amazing. But I liked your old boobs!!! I wish my new boobs looked as good as your old boobs! :) Congrats! Super happy for you!

Thanks :) I am so happy finally :))) I didn't think my old boobs looked bad it was just that the first time I got. BA I wanted that big round look and the surgeon said that the anatomical would look nicer on me so I took his advice :)
But now I finally have my dream look :D
