within the post operative appointments the photos were taken and discussed in my consultation with Dr Moss, he was helpful in advising what was going to be best suited, i was then sent out all the paperwork , my operation took 3 hours although i had no side affects apart from drowsiness after, once the cast is removed and the internal splints so carefully removed by my amazing nurse you automatically start to feel like yourself, so there is nothing to worry about. i had no pain after my operation , yes seriously the powerful pain medication wasent used at all, after a few days you begin to go yellow with the bruising and hirudoid cream helps this, as well as vitamin E cream for the small incision, you tape your nose to assist with swelling, i guess the main thing to understand is the swelling does take it's time so you need to be patient.

I feel surgery of the nose is probably the hardest one to feel comfortable with as it is in the middle of your face so for me i was worried my investment was a risky one, but in choosing a specialized surgeon i felt like i was well looked after and that he had my best interest in mind, from the per-operative appointments to the surgery day i feel i was always well informed, the cost is a steep one but doing it once and doing it right is whats important.
