Hey Sophia!! I traveled to Iran a few months ago and I kind of had an idea of my surgeon. I checked the ISPS and the ASPS to see which surgeons were qualified in Iran with both certifications. I narrowed it down to Reza Farahvash and Farhad Hafezi. I was a little wary of Dr. Farahvash, but Dr. Hafezi completely settled any worries that I had. Also, another problem was the fact that I am only 16. He settled my fears about my age, showing me he had operated on his own daughter at that age. I now have a natural looking nose that I can breathe better through!! If you have any other questions I would be happy to answer them because getting a nose job completely changed my life. I can now proudly smile at myself in the mirror. It's a wonderful feeling:)

if you want a great doctor in Iran it's Dr reza mohebbi. he has done my cousins nose and revisions 3 of my relatives noses who had surgery in Germany first. he's a great doctor for the Barbie perfect nose. Now about use of anesthesia and sanitary it's good of course of not as perfect as Americas/canadas

That's all i know . About the sanitary regulations i think their hospitals are very advanced, but if you decide to go there you should tell the Dr. about the type of the nose that you want because Iranians tend to make an European nose ( Upward) tell him that you want it natural if you like the natural looking.
