Feeling great, very happy with the entire process. The scar is healing well. I have been back to normal running and working out for the past 3 weeks. I still feel pulling when I stretch or reach high overhead but otherwise no significant issues at all.

Two Week Update

Just had my two week visit with Dr. Chase. Everything is healing up very nicely. I feel great, only tightness really. I have been walking 4-6 miles per day. I have been cleared now to start low weight, high rep weights, elliptical and stationary bike. No running yet due to impact and friction. I am beyond pleased so far.

Looks fantastic! - I'm in the same scenario. Massive weight loss, maintained my weight for years now, staying fit and healthy. Going in for my surgery in November.
