WELL HELLO MY REALSELF FAMILY, IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR SINCE I LAST UPDATED YOU GUYS....WELL, THIS YEAR 03/2016 I HAD A REVISION SURGERY ON MY SIDES , THEY WERE A LITTLE ASYMMETRICAL, WHICH WASNT THAT BAD BUT I DIDN'T LIKE IT, IT WAS LIKE A HALF MUFFIN TOP...ANYWAY, A LITTLE LIPO TOOK CARE OF THAT...SEEMS LIKE MY RIGHT SIDE IS HARD TO GET RID OF...HOWEVER, I LOVE THE RESULTS...I DO EXERCISE 5 DAYS A WEEK, I DON'T REALLY WATCH WHAT I EAT, WHICH WOULD MAKE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE BUT I HAVE CUT OUT SOME THINGS, LIKE PORK, NOT AS MUCH FAST FOOD, NOT AS MUCH POP(SODA), AND I DRINK LOTS MORE WATER (TRY TO GET IN AT LEAST 64OZ A DAY). I'M STILL NOT AT MY GOAL WEIGHT WHICH IS 150. I SHIFT BETWEEN 160 -165LBS BUT I KNOW IF I CAN GET MY FOOD INTAKE DISCIPLINED, I CAN REACH IT...I'M AT THE POINT WHERE I LOVE TO WORKOUT, ITS MY LIFESTYLE NOW...AND IF ANYONE NEEDS ANY MOTIVATION OR WANTS TO WORKOUT IN A GROUP OR PRIVATELY. I KNOW A GREAT TRAINER $5 - YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT.... I POSTED THE INFORMATION IN A PREVIOUS POST BUT ITS CALLED BETTA BODI FITNESS ON FACEBOOK. THERE ARE SOME VIDEOS OF ME AND OTHER WOMEN, GETTING OUR SEXY BACK AND MAINTAINING OUR SEXY...HAPPY JOURNEY EVERYONE. I PRAY FOR SMOOTH AND SPEEDY RECOVERIES AND THE MINDSET TO KEEP MAINTAIN WHAT YOU ARE SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON. WHICH IS A NEW YOU, TREAT IT RIGHT!!!

Hey everyone...I hope you all have been doing well in your recovery or excited about your upcoming surgery. Well, 4 months in and I still swell up sometimes. I still can't do core focused exercises but I do every else. I am still pleased with my results. My sides are a little raised but I tried the silicone sheets for scar treatment but I had an allergic reaction. My scar wasn't all the way healed, that may have been the reason but I will try it one more time to see if it improves. Meanwhile, I have been using Bio oil, Vitamin E oil and Aloe Vera....I think I walk around naked all the time now...I love my new body. I have so much more confidence now. I still haven't shopped for my 1st time bikini but I will soon enough..I will update again @ 6 months... Take it easy, don't over do it, listen to your body, stay hydrated and eat healthy....HAPPY HEALING EVERYONE and GOD BLESS

After reading countless reviews on this site and several others, I decided to put my body and life into Dr Castor’s hands. After meeting with Dr. Castor in person even though he was my 1st and only face to face consult, I was confident he was the doctor for me. He is extremely easy to talk to, very patient and he’ll answer all of your questions, no matter how silly they may seem. He’s soft spoken and it’s comforting; he also has a pleasant sense of humor. My 1st visit he was on his way to his other office but I never felt rushed and I know sometimes I start to ramble but he was patient, he never tried to sell me on more procedures or products, even when I asked about getting rid of cellulite. He didn't say, “Oh yeah, we can do that for you”, he actually gave me great advice and a professional insight to why lipo isn't good for getting rid of cellulite. I would recommend this doctor to any and all of my friends and family. He did a wonderful job and I will be returning to him for a second procedure. Angela and I hope I’m remembering her name right, Stacey are always so pleasant. Dr Castor’s surgical team is great. Actually the whole entire staff deserves kudos. You guys are awesome!
