How many cc did you get? The size is perfect!
I have 615cc silicone
I assume you are aiming for 800cc silicone?
Yes.... probably 750. It's what I want, but I am also scared to go bigger and mess up what I have
Understandable but i would still ask your surgeon about it. No harm in asking and im sure he would do great.

Dear Jeanwest, Your revision is flawless. How lucky to find such a skilled surgeon. I'ld stay with the perfect breasts you now have than risk complications with another surgery. The amount you want is 50 cc. larger. That is just 10cc. short of US measure of 2 oz. There are 30cc to 1 ounce in us measurements. Is it really worth such the risk of anesthesia et al. for a couple of ounces. I must say here that I am NOT advising you to go even bigger than 50cc. You are so perfect now I would enter you as a wish picture. Please don't run the risk of overfill and potentially ruining the beautiful breasts you now have. With love and thanks for sharing.

the above comment was based on the misunderstanding that you currently had 750cc and were considering 800cc. Can't get bigger than that without overfill with saline in US. Please Check out your perfect self in the mirror and leave them be.At least for now dear. They really are so perfect as is. Sorry I'm such a nag. pj

Massive improvement. How are they holding up today?
Yeah, this was my first set and they were so bad! He completely fixed them. And they're holding up beautifully. They actually look better today now that they've fully settled. I'll upload a recent pic.
who did them originally? Did you have complications (CC?) that would cause them to be different sizes or did the initial surgeon just not get them matching to start?
Dr Gilmer originally did them. I had no complications at all, other than they didn't look good. But no actual complications

Breast implant revision

7 years ago I had a breast augmentation by another Dr in Nashville and hated them. They were very uneven and all around horrible. I went to Dr Marvel and trusted him to fix them. I switched from saline to silicone and went from 540cc to 615cc. So, I didn’t go up much in size. That’s my only regret. Other than wanting them bigger, they’re 100% better than what I had. They’re soft and more even. Dr Marvel and everyone in his practice are amazing. I’ve gone back since and had my lips filled, and I am currently healing from a mini tummy tuck, also by Dr Marvel. I’d definitely recommend anyone at Dr Marvels office.
