Surgery Scheduled 8/22 with Lip Lift Guru Dr. M!!

Had my LL back in August of 2019 and here we are a little over a year later and am so happy that l made this decision and chose Dr. M as my plastic surgeon. No regrets at all and it has definitely helped to shave years off of my face!! I would have never imagined that such a small procedure would have such a drastic effect on my face. I spoke with Dr. M last week and we agreed that to maintain my LL results/the space between my lips l'll return to him in a few years. For anyone considering this procedure in my opinion it's worth it, but one thing l have noticed is that the end results of the procedure look best on people who already have nice fullness to the upper lift.

Nothing much to report. Just wanted to follow up close to 3 months post LL. As an AA women l get a lot of questions concerning scarring as we tend to keloid. I can't speak for anyone else, but my scar is practically invisible.
No regrets at all. I love the results. It's taken years off my face. No one notices. I just get lots of "wow you look great". Photo's are my lips pre and post LL. Dr. M is the GOAT and that's all l have to say about that!!!

Nothing much to report. This will be my last update for awhile. I may do one more in several months just to report how the incission/scar is coming along. I'm doing fine and my recovery has been uneventful. The incission sight is a little raised but it's not very obvious as it's hidden well in the natural crease of the nose. There was some slight swelling in my nose post LL which l was not crazy about, but my nose has returned for the most part to it's previous size, but the LL did alter the shape of my nostrils a bit, so something to think about for those of you considering this procedure. l can DEFINITELY live with the slight change because my lips look soooooo great!!! Overall, l'm very pleased with the result and Dr. M is the GOAT of Lip Lifts. Any questions feel free to direct message me. Toodles!!!
