Acne Scare Removal
Dr. Shanthala, is just amazing, no words can describe how much she cares about her patients and giving the best possible treatment while being realistic with positive outcomes. Also, taking the time to understand her patients needs and doing all the treatments herself which is rare to find…
I have been having skin issues for a while now along with deep acne scar. Initially I was referred to a different practice by my dermatologist for my acne scar treatment; where they performed 3 rounds of PDL and 2-3 rounds of Laser with little to no results and the dr. never did the treatment it was always the resident doctors. For consultation dr. took barely 5mins to address my concerns and mentioned I would need 9-10 treatments before I start seeing any results. PDL and laser were the only treatment options I had per that dr. and after multiple rounds of treatments I was told we would just need to continue with the treatment and “nothing can be done other than the laser” for my acne scar and the prices were super high… I was so disappointed and lost all my hopes… While researching for other practices I came across Dr. Shanthala practice; after a lot of hesitation I booked the consultation and I was NOT disappointed. She carefully listened to all my concerns and recommended multiple treatment options based on my skin, acne scar and recommended skincare products that would best suit my skin. With Dr. S she performed exosomes, subcision, and laser at a great rate. So far I have done 3 treatments and with every treatment my skin just got better and better.. I would need more treatments because I have deep scars and have struggled with acne since I was 16. Now my scar are only visible at a specific angle which is way better than what I had before and my skin has improved drastically… Since day one Dr. S made sure the expectations were set realistic and she made sure I was on the same page as her. I am more confident now and I was able to get my self-esteem back. With me being in my late-20’s I really needed that confidence back and all thanks to Dr. S, I can’t thank her enough for what she has done for me and will forever be grateful.
