Implant Removal and Fat Grafting

Wonderful doctor! He is very kind, understanding and made sure we were on the same page every step of the way. I had my breast implants removed and did fat grafting using fat he harvested from my stomach and back. I am so glad I decided to move forward with my surgery, everything looks great and I feel so much better! I can't say enough good things, and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I cant believe it has been so long since I have been on here. But it has been a crazy few months. That aside I wanted to post some pictures. Overall I an so happy with how things went. I feel so much better to have them out, and overall health has continued to improve. Scars look pretty good too, since I am so pale they tend to stand out more. But I think with some scar strips they will be barely visible in another month or so! Also I finally did go shopping and got some real bras. For reference, with the implants I was a 34D, now it looks like I'm a 32C. Which was actually a surprise, they seem smaller than that, or maybe it's because they are so much lighter now too, lol. But either way I am happy with how they look and feel. I am so much more comfortable, best decision ever!

So I am just over a month post op and I had a check up with my doctor today. He said everything is looking great and healing well, and the stitches are finally starting to dissolve. I am very happy with how things are going, and I am anxious for the 3 month mark so I can really see what the permanent results will be! And I would to take a minute to say that making the decision to remove the implants was the right one! My health has improved greatly, and I continue to see more improvements as time goes on. I am hoping by the time I am done healing there will be none of, or close to none, symptoms of BII. Also I can not say enough good things about Dr.Rottman, he is a very kind, patient, and understanding doctor. Throughout this whole process he has been wonderful, and I felt like someone was finally listening to what I was saying. He took the time to make sure I was happy with what was discussed, that I understood everything, he has a very relaxed personality and it really helped to make me feel at ease. I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is a wonderful and skilled surgeon. That said I will likely not post another update until next month as I am not seeing any major changes now that most of the swelling and bruising has gone down. So until next month, Happy Holidays!
