Still Swollen
Ok I'm still swollen. I learned about Arnicare while doing my research but had forgotten about it. Someone I know who also had the procedure done mentioned this to me after telling her that I was still swollen. She said she had been using it twice a day and she said that her swelling has gone down significantly. I just bought this so hopefully it will help with my swelling.

So my pre-surgery weight was 226 and as of today my post-surgery weight is 213. 8 pounds were removed during my procedure. I don't know where he extra pounds come from but hey; I have no complaints. This makes my goal of under 200 that much closer.
