Fit 50 Year Old……….Needing Fix for Face! St. Louis, MO

Since the age of 40, it has been a high priority of mine to be fit and healthy. I have maintained that but my face has suffered as a result. I guess aging as well as smoking, drinking soda, tanning and eating unhealthy in my earlier years have certainly contributed as well. Ive had botox and a syringe of filler here and there but never really felt as if it did much good or that I really noticed a difference. I began to think I needed to look into other options in order to restore some youth to my sagging and hollow face. I researched "mini" facelifts and even thought that might be the answer for me. I am healthy and my body shows it but when I looked in the mirror at myself, I hated what I saw. I hated that I looked extremely tired, that my cheeks looked hollow and that I looked old. I researched and found Dr. L Mike Nayak, who was located in St. Louis, MO. I live 3 hours from St. Louis. After I read about his practice as well as his accomplishments, experience and education, I felt pretty confident in him, and I had not even met him yet. I called and set up a consult and traveled the 3 hours one way to his office for the consult. During my consult and Dr. Nayak's evaluation of me, I learned that a facelift was not something that I needed nor would Dr. Nayak perform even if it was something I thought I needed. He told me that I would get the most benefit from 4-6 syringes of filler. Dr. Nayak took photo's of me and then shared with me where he would place the filler. He also stated that the method he would use involved using a cannula so there would be very little bruising, if any. I left his office that day in anticipation of my next scheduled appt. on Feb. 6 for Dr. Nayak to inject the fillers. My appt. for the injections took less than an hour, I had no pain and visible results immediately. It was wonderful!! Dr. Nayak used a total of 4 syringes of filler (Perlane and Restylane). As you can see from my pictures, I had absolutely no bruising. I have a follow up appt. on Feb. 27. I could not be any happier or satisfied with with my experience with Dr. L Mike Nayak. and his practice. Even if your are not sure if you want to do any type of procedure or if you know you want to do something, but aren't for sure what, make an appointment to meet Dr. L Mike Nayak and his staff, you won't be disappointed. I'm certainly not!
