Zits-O-Plenty Day 7

Week one finished and I have more zits than usual. Hopefully this is the initial breakout and it does't get any worse.

No new side effects, just the normal dry skin.

Lower cost plus side effects (Day 5)

Well I just checked my insurance claims and it looks like they are covering all the blood work. So that brings my original estimate of $520 to $420. Always nice when your insurance surprises you in a good way!

I'm only on day 5 and my lips are officially addicted to chap stick. I have had a few pimples pop up but nothing terrible. I did seem to have some light sensitivity when driving home last night. Don't know if that's normal, but it felt like everyone had their high beams on. I'm not usually on the road at night, so I see this affecting me too much.

Side Effects (so far)

Only been on for a few days but I have noticed some mild drying. Mainly lips, scalp, and nose. I picked up some Saline nose spray as winter is usually rough for me with nose bleeds. So I'm trying to prevent that at all cost. I didn't use shampoo this morning and that seemed to help. Lips I'm just using the run of the mill chap stick.

I'm also sticking with my regular acne routine until I notice real facial dryness. Wiping my forehead still produces a fair amount of grease. The only difference is I'm only spot treating pimples at night and not smearing it over my entire face.
