The whole experience with both of my procedures was very calm and peaceful. I felt safe and like I had nothing to worry about. They prepared me for what to expect and he was very thorough and explained things so well. I had a great rapport with Dr. Ridenour and the nurses who took care of me.My impression of Dr. Ridenour and his staff is 'excellent'. It feels like home every time I am in the office. I mulled it over and did my homework for over a year when I was trying to decide to move forward with a facelift procedure with Dr. Ridenour. I was already a patient of his for botox injections and had a great level or trust in him as my doctor. My genetics were my motivating factor. I had a sagging jowl line that I wanted to get rid of and although I was 40 years old at the time, Dr. Ridenour discussed with me the benefits of doing the surgery while I was younger--better recovery and longer lasting results! I had a mini-lift (lower face) procedure and then 16 months later I had a procedure on my upper face including temporal forehead and upper blepharoplasty. I chose Dr. Ridenour to be my surgeon because of his reputation. I had personally seen 3 or 4 of my own clients that had procedures with him so I had a chance to see his actual results. I just knew he had a natural approach. My biggest fear was walking out and looking like a 'real housewife'--overly pulled and filled. That is not Dr. Ridenour's look.
