I was not born with a size A & was very insecure about my body. When I received my first breast augmentation it changes my life. Unfortunately the saline implants did not work for me so after second rupture I founf Dr. Nathan on the internet & he advised that I go woth silicone & I lovesd them & Dr. Nathan is awesome! Very pleaseant & honest. I am wven happier with this most recent surgery necause Dr. Nathan again gave me exactly what I wanted. Your feelings matter to him & that is the best plastic surgeon to have! The staff was also very pleasant & helpful

Congratulations on your revision! Do you like the feel of the silicone implants versus the saline? Hoping you didn't have to wait too long for your revision once your saline implant ruptured.
