For five years I debated back in forth, saw several doctors for consultations but just never quite felt comfortable with them. The third time is scary, hey, the first and second time were scary too! This was different. This was me being an adult and debating about consequences.
A girlfriend of mine told me she went to Dr. Giancarlo Zuliani in Southfield, MI. When she was 16 she had her first rhinoplasty, and like me, she debated for years on if she was ready to do it again. When I saw her, I saw a beautiful nose that was what she should have been born with.
I decided to see Dr. Zuliani and after seeing him for just a consultation I decided he was the one to do my surgery. He showed me pictures of all of his before and afters and all I had to say was "Wow!". He really could sculpt a perfect nose. I loved his work and to say he made me feel comfortable would be an understatement.
He spent six hours in surgery with me, completely remaking my nose. I had a very deviated septum as well as barley any cartilage left in result of the two prior surgeries. He made a tiny incision behind my ear and took cartilage out of there to rebuild my nose with. My recovery time was quick. I did not have any bruising (can you believe it!?). I was also able to call/text/email him with any questions I had. He never made me feel like I was a burden.
Within a week or so my nose started to look significantly better. I've received so many compliments I can't even count at this point. Let me remind you, this was my third nose job, he took a nose that two other doctors couldn't fix and made it beautiful. It's been three months now and I can say that looking back, without a doubt, it was the best thing I've ever done.
For years I took pictures tilting my head because I thought my nose overpowered my face. Now, my nose looks perfect all thanks to Dr. Zuliani. If you are contemplating doing it, definitely see him! He was a Godsend to me.
