I have been complemented on my looks and I wish to maintain what I can. Dr. Lane has advised me on the safe procedures in the marketplace and I have chosen the one I feel best about. For a Doctor, I trust her expertise and judgement. I also appreciate that her appointments have been punctual. The exam room is spotless. Her nurse is informative and helpful.

Dr. Lane has an amazing ability to put a patient at ease. She looks into your eyes when she tells you about her procedure. She is calm and collected even though I imagine there is a lot of medical preparation going on before my injections. All effort is made to communicate with me, and to prepare my face antiseptically before beginning. Post visit instructions are discussed as well as informing me that a followup call will be forthcoming to check on my condition. I like that she explains different options of treatment, is conservative rather than aggressive in advice and is trustworthy. After all, I have but one face.
