Just booked my surgery date for 8 Feb 2019 in Miami at Avana Plastic Surgery with Dr. Earle. I've been wanting to do this for awhile. I'm still actively losing weight and will post before pictures before I fly. I was given 2 places for recovery, Silhouette Recovery House and ComfortStay Recovery House. Going to try and research theses places but I'll probably end up at a hotel nearby.....but I'm open to suggestions.

30 Days And No Respose From Coordinator

I’m 30 days away and I haven’t received any other information from my coordinator. I callled and was put on hold multiple times and then told that my coordinator was promoted and another coordinator would be with me....20 minutes later I was told she would call me back. It’s been two days. I’m extremely concerned at this point because I’m coming from out of state....I haven’t booked my flights or recovery house yet because I still need to be cleared for surgery....but have nothing to go on.

Whyyyy are you me right now!! Ugh I am right there with you! I’m booked feb 5th and I’m off work Monday just to go get my blood work done and have now reached out to my preop coordinator 4 times and still haven’t gotten it! I’m getting nervous, and pissed off to be honest. Don’t waste your time on the “chat” feature on the website because no one ever replies. I have pics up of the one email I did get if it’s any help to you. I hope you hear something soon. My flights are already booked and now I’m wondering if I made a mistake. Best of luck to you my love!

I’m wondering if I made a mistake also. I’m thinking of canceling and calling my bank to get my money back. I’m starting to think this is a common occurrence

Hey Desma! Just wanted to update you. So apparently after hours no one really monitors the chat feature on the website, but today I emailed my coordinator and then got on chat with Vanessa (I think that’s a fake name because the name on there says Vanessa 24/7) and told them I wasn’t getting contacted and I need to speak to my coordinator ASAP and I got my lab orders in an email in like 30 mins. Don’t give up girl, just hassle them and you will hear back. Sucks that we have to do it but I want this booty lol.

I had the same issue and I am still having the problem. I had my surgery on January 11th and since I have been back in Canada no one has returned my emails... Very frustrating. that being said the Dr. is amazing the clinic is the issue.

I finally got in touch with my original coordinator who took time off for the holidays. She was able to answer my questions and send me what I needed to proceed. I'm now comfortable with booking my flight and recovery house. Will post my before pics when I arrive and update as I can.
