How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

I was unhappy with my wide and heavy lower face...
I was unhappy with my wide and heavy lower face and was very tempted by the clinic's promotion for sygmalift, which was advertised to be the easiest and painless way to attain a V-shape face. It was priced at S$500 (before tax) for the first session.
The doctor was very friendly and easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and said that 3 sessions of sygmalift spaced one week apart is highly recommended to see any real and lasting effects. He analysed my face and said that I could benefit from their Lipodissolve injection which will help to remove the fat pouches next to my mouth and along the sides of my jaw. I had no idea what that was so I asked further, and he said that their Lipodissolve concoction is from Korea. This was priced at S$800 I believe. He showed be before/after photos of his patients and I was seriously blown away by the results of sygmalift + lipodissolve combination. I was sold.
I did sygmalift first and then went back for Lipodissolve the following week. 5 weeks later I went back for a review and was very disappointed with the results. My before/after photos showed no difference, if not, minimal. I feel like I just wasted SG$1300 (~US$900).
However according to the doctor my face looks more lifted. He recommended me to go on with the final 2 sessions of sygmalift to see a more obvious result. But since the lipodissolve was ineffective I can't help but doubt the doctor's words now...
I'm not saying they are a fraud, the treatments might have helped someone else but I guess they are just not for me.

Doctor is friendly and easy-going. No pushy sales from the staff at the clinic as well.
