My surgeries with Dr. Perry Lui left me botched and deformed looking. After expressing my concerns and complaining for over 3 years, I asked for a partial refund which the Dr. denied.
I wasted money on not one but two surgeries that he said He was confident in accomplishing and would yield high results.
I cannot do the things that I used to be able to do before having surgery with Lui. Even simple things like walking, sitting, running, jumping. I am still in so much pain.
This has affected my whole life!
The Dr preformed a type Liposuction technique to remove foreign material from my body. These procedures were split into 2 surgeries. Right after the second surgery and for the next few weeks following, I couldn't walk which i immediately brought to the Dr and staff's attention and was never given a wheelchair to assist me. The aftermath of this has caused my knees to be in so much pain including a lot on tension and cramping.
My skin is damaged. It feels bruised in some areas and then other areas are numb. My skin is hypersensitive to anything that touches it or I don't feel it at all. It is uncomfortable to sit or lay down because of this.
Every doctor that I have talked to has said that if I never got Lipo removal then they would have been able to remove the foreign material easier. Lipo removal spreads it (which later the Dr. admitted but still no accountability or offer of a refund)
Foreign material can't even be done with a Lipo tool! (which also later the Dr. admitted and still no accountability and no offer of a refund)
I am in so much more pain than I was before surgery. I have all these lumps
and dents and pieces missing from
my legs. One leg is even way skinnier than the other one and looks more "normal" and it's very noticeable. He should of at least had kept that in mind while doing the removal. I was later told that 2 Dr's did the removal so it could be because of that. Who knows.
He also left me with an unwanted scar which he also admitted was "his mistake." and was unnecessary.
Dr Lui suggested that it was a Neurology problem and when I went to Neurology at Kaiser, they did not find this to be true and guessed the issues were from damage from the Lipo. In fact, the x-rays and MRIs still show that I have the foreign material in my body even after Dr. Lui said he could get rid of it.
I also had to pay other doctors to help fix it and it's not cheap. I even told the Dr that I wish I never got the surgeries because of all the pain and grief it caused me and still I got nowhere with him. There should be some accountability held here. No Dr. should promise patients that they will give them results that they cannot achieve and if at some point he felt otherwise (another thing he admitted to me) then the right and honest thing should be done. I didn't even asked for a full refund. I wanted us to come up with a fair number but the entire convo was shut down.
The Dr knows what I have been through and that I've spent even more money which also makes this whole ordeal even more upsetting. When I tried to contact him further, I was blocked by the business and later sent text messages thru his staff saying I would not be getting any type of refund. This shows that Dr Lui has NO COMPASSION for his patients and is all about making money and LYING to you to get
