Still not sure- texture has pin marks

I’m almost a month out from the first treatment. I still see little pin marks from the needles when i look in natural lighting. I think my skin is clearer but that could also be from spironolactone. I’m concerned about doing more of the rf stuff because I worry about the pin pricks. I’m on the fence about whether I will purchase more. I’m tempted but not sure it’s helped

I know exactly how you feel, I didn't expect for it to hurt this much. I did it about a month ago and when I brush my brows I can feel a little bit of the same weird pain (just a small amount) I also have doubts to do the retouch session. (Which is what they recommend) I do like the feeling of waking up and not having to fill my brows just for them to look the way they do now. But the through of going threw that painful procedure again and after. Ohh and the itchy feeling and not able to scratch. If you do the retouch session session let me know please.

Hi, I just did the Cutera treatment for
fine wrinkles and freckles about a week and half ago and still have the pin marks on my face. Your after photo looks SO glowy and fresh! Do you have pictures before the treatment?

I didn’t see any changes after 3 sessions. SONO will not recommend wasting more time and money.

I read a lot of reviews about the pain level and will say that I found it to be more unpleasant than ipl for sure. It feels like a bunch of tiny needles being stamped into your face with heat. I used nitrous and numbing cream and still found it pretty unpleasant. I'm red and tingly and feel very sensitive now. For reference I am 38, medium skin tone with freckles. Self described low to moderate pain tolerance (no unmediated births for me, thanks!)

I did the treatment with 2 tylenol and laughing gas and cold air. it is unpleasant but tolerable with the laughing gas. I am allergic to the binders in EMLA numbing cream. Wish it were possible to just do an injection to numb the whole face but it seems they will only do that if I was doing just the eye area.
