I felt very active and young ..but my neck was bothering me. .make me feel tired and older. ..procedure was great no pain. .for me took 7 weeks to. I will do it again if I need to. I was bruse for almost 8 wks. .but I tent to bruse easily
Ice is very important. .get the jell one is easy to use ..sleep in a reclining chair and buy the travel pillow is the best so you won't moved your neck
