Even though I am extremely conscientious about my health & how I treat my body, I was beginning to look tired. I take good care of myself & decided that it was time to refresh my look (I always want to look as good as I feel). I haven't regretted this one bit. I look more youthful & rested. This has certainly given me my confidence back! The recovery was a breeze. I would say I healed quicker than expected due to all of the self care & nourishment that I gave myself during my downtime.
