Dr. Mary Peters was wonderful. From the first consultation meeting to the surgery and post op. I have had implants that were to large for my body for 6 years and finally decided to have them either removed or downsized. I am a personal trainer and am very active and the extra weight was really a drag and they made me look larger than I am in all the clothing i wore. I was worried about having lots of scars because of the stretching the implants had done and I knew I would need skin removed. I wanted an honest opinion about which direction would be the best for me to go and after looking into Dr. Mary Peters website I felt she was a good fit. I live in Beijing, China and flew to Seattle to meet Dr. Peters on July 9th. She knew I was limited on time because I needed to heal properly before getting back on a flight to Beijing on July 26th.
During my consultation Dr. Peters and her staff were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and confident that downsizing from 500+cc saline implant to a 265cc silicone implant would give me the look and comfort that I was looking for. I was so happy to have found Dr. Peters and can not put into words how happy I was to be finally downsizing to a proper size for my frame. We finished our consutation and went right into pre op as I chose for surgery the next day.
I scheduled my surgery for the next day and returned on the 10th to the Seattle Surgery center where the staff were kind and helpful and made me feel comfortable. The surgery went great and of course I didn't remember a thing:)
I went back the next morning for post op and took the bandages off, and woohoo!!! small boobies that I had been waiting for! She explained in detail what she had done and it was so nice that all the stitches, lifting and other work that was needed were done internally so my scars will not even be visible after healing.
It has been just over two weeks now and I made it safely back to Beijing, I am extremely grateful for Dr. Peters and her attention to detail as well as her professionalism, and true care for her patients.
I would highly highly recommend Dr. Peters to anyone looking for the Best in Plastic Surgery!
I can't wait to run without all that extra top weight!
I will post again after 6 weeks and my first runs! This is going to motivate me to get in the best shape of my life! I feel so light!
