I wanted to feel pretty and feminine again after my double mastectomy. My original implants were nice, but my husband and I wanted to go a bit larger. Also, the smaller ones did not lay right when I would bend forward. I talked to Dr Pacella about this and he suggested a fat transfer to improve the overall look. Diana in the office took care of everything. My husband and I are very pleased with the results!
