Exceptional Breast Reconstruction - Scottsdale, AZ

I had a mastectomy in March 2013 and was able to go direct to implant (vs. expander process). From the moment I made a decision to use Dr. Linda Liu as my breast surgeon and Dr. Bryan Gawyley as my plastic surgeon, I had complete confidence in their skills as a team and was as comfortable and confident (as one can be) prior to the surgery. My surgey went very well and I had no complications whatsoever. At my 6 month check up, Dr. Gawley suggested that I consider a revision surgery. He told me that my results were good, but with a change to a new implant that had been released in the US this year, my results would be (not just "good", but) "exceptional". As I am thin, the issue I had was with visible rippling at the top of my mastectomy breast. I had gotten used to it and felt grateful to have had the ability to go direct to implant at the time of my mastectomy, so i was hesitant to consider a revision surgery. However, I have complete trust in Dr. Gawley and his team, so I decided to move forward with his recommendation. I am now 4 weeks out from this surgery and I am amazed at the difference. I am so pleased that he encouraged me to consider this.
