I had saline implants that were 12yrs old and wanted to get them redone before they got really bad (rippling) and I wanted the new Gummy bear implants. I was very nervous since my implants still looked good just felt not so nice, but I'm so happy I did the surgery! They look and feel perfect! easiest surgery I ever had, by that evening I was up and trying to do the dishes. I barely have any pain, no bruising at all and usually I bruise extremely easy. I have to keep reminding myself I had surgery and stop myself from doing stuff. My husband & I agree they look and feel great I didn't even have any swelling and went home in my Genie bra straight from surgery. My only problem is the antibiotic is making me red, itchy and stomach very compacted. My Dr said I don't have to finish the antibiotic but I am just to be safe so I'm taking the stool softeners they gave me plus probiotics & laxatives which are helping.
I wanted to go slightly bigger which my Dr did for me. My previous implants where 550 saline and we switched them out for Sientra "gummy" Silicone 565cc implants I couldn't be happier.
My Dr & whole staff where amazing top me and my husband. I completely trusted Dr Cohen and would use him if I ever needed anything again.
I like that they gave me helpful hints for after my surgery and that they were very thorough before hand....a long list of medications that could possibly cause complications. They were also very punctual. They gave me a bag of goodies I would need after gel pack to cover both breast, a cup with straw so I don't have to bend or stretch, helpful things like that. I also liked that they suggested I get a pillow that could prop me up and that had sides to it for my arms so I would be more comfortable...and I was. Staying at 45 upright first couple nights helped with not rolling on my side. Overall great experience& I'm super happy. Dr Robert Cohen is a great surgeon

This is my before picture, still nice but they were starting to ripple.
It's been a week since my surgery and I barely feel like I had surgery only when I massage them & get to close to the incision. I love my new breast and they feel so much nicer. I'm still shocked I did not have any pain, bruising or swelling it's been incredible. So happy!

Love to see an after pic. Before looked beautiful. I know what you mean about relaxing older saline. I'm about to do that in April.
