I had the Sientra "Gummy Bear" Implants done by Dr. Cohen on May 16th, 2013. It's almost 2 months later and I couldn't be happier. I chose Dr. Cohen because 1) he has more prior experience with these implants than anyone else in the area, 2) I just liked and trusted him and 3) I thought his before and after pics were the best of the three docs I interviewed. I'm 5'7", 120 lbs and asked for a super natural look and that's exactly what he gave me with the 320 cc anatomical oval shaped implants. Zero complications. I couldn't be happier! Love Dr. Cohen :)

Dr. Cohen is extremely professional and is a total perfectionist. He took his time in the consult to understand what I want and we really chose my size/shape implant together. I didn't worry at all going into surgery and the results were exactly what I requested.
