I had the Sientra "Gummy Bear" Implants done by Dr. Cohen on May 16th, 2013. It's almost 2 months later and I couldn't be happier. I chose Dr. Cohen because 1) he has more prior experience with these implants than anyone else in the area, 2) I just liked and trusted him and 3) I thought his before and after pics were the best of the three docs I interviewed. I'm 5'7", 120 lbs and asked for a super natural look and that's exactly what he gave me with the 320 cc anatomical oval shaped implants. Zero complications. I couldn't be happier! Love Dr. Cohen :)

Hi ShannonPhx,

Congratulations on your BA (even though it was three years ago!) Dr. Cohen is performing my BA on August 11, 2016. I was hoping if you would share if you had any complications healing after your 2 month month post; did everything go as expected?

I am also getting anatomical implants and would like to know what they feel like in the body. Were you given special instructions immediately after your BA regarding not moving until the implants adhered to your breast tissue? I heard that with anatomical implants, the surgeon has to be especially precise so as to decrease the chances of them shifting. I would be afraid to move at all for the first four days, lol! Did they feel like you had two rocks on your chest at first? Are you able to sleep on your stomach and on your side? Do they feel hard? Is it ever awkward that they are always in the same position-that they don't move? I know that I am asking a lot of questions, but it is almost impossible to find posts about anatomical implants.

I hope that you are still happy with your results.

Thanks in advance.

Can i ask about the feel of your implants? I am going to have anatomical 410 implants and my only concern is that they will feel too hard after reading other reviews. In the consultation i felt the implants and thought they were nice and squidgy but worry this could change after implant?!
