Ruined my forehead with CO2 Laser

Dr. Guy completely fixed an indented scar I had on my forehead from an accident

Prior to him doing my scar revision other plastic surgeons told me nothing could be done to fix it. I am so happy with my results; my forehead now looks like the forehead I was born with before any trauma occurred

I was convinced by this surgeon to get a CO2 laser “no later than 4-6 weeks after surgery because the laser won’t work after this timeframe.” Now I can’t leave my house due to the disfigurement this surgeon has left me with. I have emails saved from the surgeon saying this CO2 laser would completely fix my scar and instead he ruined my life and refuses to take accountability for it/refund any of my money.
Today I called the front office detailing my concerns (after numerous other times) and was hung up on. He will take your money and ghost you if any complications arise
