Scar from Mini Facelift

$4,100
When I initially had a mini facelift (called the bandaid lift), they advertised it at 3200. I ended up paying 4100.
I don’t see a big difference in my appearance, at first I did but after the swelling goes down that is when you truly see your results. My face was swollen so it appeared very tight, the sutures kept coming through the skin, the disposable ones. She cut me too high in one side and you do notice the incision if you are looking at my side profile. That’s not my hairline that’s the scar. The staff is phony type of nice but overall not disrespectful. The place is clean and professional looking.
But hunni…. the cut/scar is awful.

Scar from mini facelift the other side.

I stated the price quoted and the price paid. We discussed several procedures that day, in which Dr. Lawrence stated I was not a candidate for a full facelift, as my skin is good, I already knew that. I was looking for a refreshed look as she stated the mini lift would provide. I’m not disputing the procedure. I am writing this review because I don’t like being cut across my face. I will show you the other side in which the incision is shorter and more in my hairline where it isn’t noticeable. And then go look at the first pictures and judge for yourself, I don’t have to convince anyone of anything, the work speaks for itself.

Sorry hun but it's really not that noticeable... And I bet it will be invisible eventually with more time. You could try a scarfade lotion there's lots of them on the market these days.!? Hoping it fades!

A bandaid facelift is a minimally invasive procedure done in the office under local, that provides a more refreshed look, as explained to this patient. If that patient is looking for more dramatic results, we always recommend a full face and neck lift to be done in the hospital surgery center under general anesthesia, allowing us to be more aggressive and provide more results, as explained to this patient.
Scarring is expected with any surgical procedure and was explained to this patient. Unfortunately, we cannot predict how the scar will look after healing, as everyone heals differently.
It is always our goal to provide reasonable expectations and make every patient happy with their results.
