Great experience. I went in for a consultation and Dr. Finger was very informative on everything in terms of expectations and how to prepare for the procedure itself. The staff is insanely friendly, there's not a single person who was unpleasant. Before leaving my consultation, I was given a folder for all the things needed to prepare again, along with guidelines to follow. The procedure went great. I had my ears pinned back, so I was able to walk out afterwards but had someone drive me home. A day after my surgery, Dr Finger texted me himself to say I could reach out on his personal number if I had any questions or concerns. As it so happens, about 3 days after my surgery, my bleeding hadn't really stopped. I called him and he answered immediately, then told me to come to his office and he would help. This was on a Sunday around 4 o'clock! As soon as I got there, there was no wait. Immediately went to the back and he stopped the bleeding and fixed my bandages around my head. Everything went smoothly after that. Dr Finger was a real pleasure and genuine man. His prices compared to others (I do my research before purchases - especially the kind of this nature) are very modest! His staff was also insanely friendly, even remembering me by name to the point I didn't have to sign in when coming in. I would recommend him to anyone!
