Finally Did It - Savannah, GA

Tired of feeling awful about the bump in my nose. Only wished I had done this sooner. It really wasn't painful at all. I had a splint for a few days, no packing like people had told me. The packing was taken out in the recovery room. My nose is still a little numb at the tip, 3 months out. After the splint comes off, there is a lot of swelling. It can be stressful, because you think this is the outcome. Slowly, but SURELY, the swelling goes down. My nose still "drips" a little, but there is no congestion. Absolutely worth it.

I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Dr. Greco spent over an hour with me on my initial consultation. I had several questions and he spent time answering all my concerns. I especially appreciated that he called the night before the surgery to see if I had any questions. After the surgery, my follow up appointments were just as attentive, with any issues I had addressed. 
His staff is wonderful, from the front desk, to the nurses, to Wanda, who provides a wonderful healing massage. I would highly recommend Dr. Greco and after having this done, I  wouldn't  even consider going to anyone else. I believe he has so much experience, that you are able to trust his judgment to "make things right". Especially with the rhinoplasty, I was not sure what the outcome would be. I'm so pleased with all of the results! No regrets.
