A couple real people pics. I have learned a lot through this journey. Post TT, I am not some miraculously different looking person to the outside world. My perception of myself is now more congruent match to what the outside world sees. This makes me very happy!

6 weeks post-op
I noticed a real improvement in ab discomfort from 4.5 weeks to 6 weeks. The belly button is looking like it is finally all healed up, I hope it doesn't shrink anymore - it's small enough for my liking. Does anyone have experience using something to prevent the shrinking? Is it too late now that I am 6 weeks post?

Hey Mand100, good for you! The best advice I can give is to try to arrange your house and meals in advance so that its easier for you and your helper(s). Don't worry too much, the recovery is doable...especially with the drainless procedure!
