Perfect Result and Personal Touch
I came across Dr. Derby searching the Internet for a Plasic Surgeon in my area to have a Facelift done.
I was impressed by his profile and the positiv reviews. After attending some of his seminars I made an appointment to explain my personal goals.
He not only listened very carefully but totally met my expectation that I don´t want to have that surprised look after the surgery. He distracted all my fears and concerns.
The entire staff contibuted to my comfort. The surgery itself was painless. I never experienced a post op follow up like Dr. Derby´s. He even called me later when I got into a severe car accident and had to stay in a hospital for a couple of weeks. I was deeply touched.
The result of the Facelift is beyond my expectation. I received many compliments and everyone thought that I must have been on an extended vacation. I highly recommend Dr. Derby and this facility.
The only suggestion I´d like to express is, that the patient should be accompanied by a nurse on the way home on a regular basis.
