So a little back story, I never had large breasts...

So a little back story, I never had large breasts to begin with (34 B-small C cup) but when I had my first child they filled up with so much milk I went to 36 DD+! So they looked crazy awesome for a quick moment, but after nursing they quickly retracted to their prior size... but without all the cute perkiness they once had :(
So two babies later at 27 years old I knew I wanted a breast augmentation, as I didn't deserve two breasts that looked like fried eggs on sticks (yea visualize that, not hot)! That being said I had been hearing fabulous things about Dr. Marcus for years; as he has worked his magic on some of my family & friends, so there was no question that I would be going to him.
Once I had my consultation, I explained what look I wanted to achieve and he suggested a textured shaped silicone implant that I think was 425cc and quickly after we set a date for surgery. Fast forward to surgery day, he and the anesthesiologist made me feel very comfortable and when I awoke I asked, "when are we going to start the procedure?" to my surprise we were already done and I looked down and saw the most perfect set of breasts I have ever seen, AND THEY WERE MINE!!!! To emphasize how happy I am with the results, I even cried the next day due to the sheer joy and immediate confidence I regained.
Recovery has so far been easy, I am two week post-op and the incision line under my breast is healing nicely and I honestly couldn't be happier. They look so natural, no one would ever know I had the procedure done except for the fact that I told many of my friends who have all marveled at how superb they look.
I didn't sign the paperwork saying that I would allow my photos to be shared; but based on the wonderful results and how this surgery has given me such a profound improvement physically and emotionally I will provide the before & after photos in hopes it will help someone else (all the little band-aids are from moles I had removed).
Lastly I want to note how wonderful the anesthesiologist was, she called the night before the surgery to touch base and to see if I had any questions and again the day after surgery which I thought was very thoughtful.
