Also forgot to mention I had a hernia repair at the same time, so my belly button is a bit weird in the pictures but its getting much better with time.

I have been researching, and seeking recommendations from many different doctors for several years on the best way to approach replacing my existing 28 year old 500 cc low profile silicon gel implants that were behind the muscle.
After 2 kids, and lots of activity they looked terrible when I wasn't wearing a bra. Many docs recommended doing nothing at my age if I looked good in my clothes...well I know im old but geez I want to looked good naked as well if possible. I really didn't want all the scars that come with the lifts & also wanted to find a way to avoid the distortion that comes with flexing. I was after a more natural look yet still wanted larger breasts with side boob and a higher nipple placement. I was asking for a dang miracle, and that's just what I got!!!!!
I had a consult with Dr. Neal Handel a year prior to his performing my surgery and would have said "lets do this" right away but was unable to afford him at the time. He was the first doctor that made me feel like surgery was worth the trouble and money to follow through with a procedure, somehow I just knew he could give the outcome I desired. He listened carefully, gave me plenty of time in my consult and showed confidence with out being cocky! I asked his opinion and gave him the freedom he needed in the operating room to do whatever was needed to obtain the result closest to my wish pic. When I saw my with photo next to my existing photo in the operating room I was mortified of how I looked, I guess I got used to seeing myself and didn't realize what was really going on. I honestly cant begin to express in this review the incredible work he preformed on me! I'm absolutely 100 % happy with the result.
I have to tell all you ladies my husband is crazy about these things, he has gone nuts! From a mans standpoint he says they are waaay better than they were when I was in my 20's. They look, feel and move as if they are real. He loves how bottom heavy they are...he just cant get enough.
This is what I did all through original incision
removed old 500cc low profile implants from behind muscle (FYI one was leaking)
cleaned out gel
closed up existing pocket
replaced with 550cc high profile IN FRONT of muscle
circumareolar breast lift (mastopexy)
