Two week Post Op Arm Lift
Each day my arms get smaller and so does the stitches. I get a lymphatic massage daily. I am very happy they feel last tight/plastic everyday. Pretty much painless.

It's not painful....your arms feel kinda plastic like because they are swollen afterwards. I will keep taking photos as they progress... Good Luck...

Thank you ...even though I had no real pain...you are stiff so take the pain meds that should help with reaching to wipe etc. I think soft pillows placed in the right ways for your comfort will help you sleep anyway that you want. Each day the swelling goes down and they look better.My biggest advice is just let them rest don't try to grab things up high or lift things that are heavy. Listen to your body. :)

Day by day better and better patience is key
Arms swollen but looking better every day. The feel kind of plastic like at times.
