I spent a lot of time researching before I choose this place of business and I'm so glad I did. I called to schedule for the consultation with Dr. Wu regarding the laser treatment to remove aging/brown spots on my face and to have Botox around the eyes area, Juvederm on my lips. I got in the same day and Dr. Wu and his sweet assistance, Britany make me feel very comfortable and Dr. Wu totally understand my concern, he is so knowledgeable and he recommended the right treatment for my face during the consultation and Britany is very nice and upfront with the total cost plus since Dr. Wu happened to be available I decided to have all three treatments done that same day. ( I thought the prices are a little high compare to some other places but I feel like I can trust Dr. Wu to help me achieved the Best possible result therefore I don't mind the higher cost) The numbing cream really help reduce the pain, the pain was very low with the PicoWay Laser and with the Botox but I do felt more pain with the Juvederm.... I have very low pain tolerance. I mentioned to Dr. Wu that I get bruises very easily and he reassure me that if that happen just give the office a call and he will take me in the same day to treat the bruises area which I did two days later, Antonio was Dr. Wu's assistance this time and he was great, he gave me the Instant Cold Compress for my swollen lips ( I did not receive this on my first treatment) and Dr. Wu sent me home with some gel to help relieve the itchy feeling on my face ( It kept me awake the night before) . The itch relieve gel work like magic and my bruise went away very quickly afterward. I'm planning to continue my treatment with Dr. Wu because he is Extremely knowledgeable, very gentle, soft spoken with a caring, kind and great bedside manner. And both Britany and Antonio are very friendly, sweet and they make me feel very comfortable. It has been almost two weeks since my first treatment and I love the Botox and the Juvederm results. The brown spots on my face did got lighter and the texture of my skin is so much better although I think I might need at least one more Picoway Laser treatment if not two more which was my own doing for all the years I exposed my face to the sun with little protection :-( All in all this was a FIVE Stars experience. I highly recommended Dr. Wu and his assistance. Don't just go to him, you should Run to Dr. Wu and have him help you with whatever issue you are having :-) Since all business and everyone are replaceable, it's the little things that make me feel like they appreciate my business and that is the reason that make me keep coming back to certain business. Some helpful tips that I thought could make this business even better: 1. Validate our parking ticket or at least give everyone a minimum of so many minutes of free parking. I spent a lot less money than these services on serval nice restaurants and they always validate my parking tickets :-) 2. Instead of warned me that my face will be itchy and told me to not scratch it, go an extra mile and give me some itchy relieve to go home with so I don't have to live in agony for 24 hours and lost a night of sleep. I won't scratch my face if it was not itchy so bad :-) 3. Always offer or give the Cold Compress to the clients if their treated area got swollen, it was amazing how much swelling was reduced by the time I got home.
