I'm 39yrs. 5'5, 126lbs. 4 breastfed kids. Athletic/Fit. My last augmentation was about 8 years ago. I'm scheduled for surgery Oct. 14th. I want the revision because the moderate saline seems very round, wide and flat (on my body shape). I work out a lot (more so over the last 3 years) and this has also caused a "bottoming out" situation.
Im hoping that going to the 700 high profile, I will keep the width from side to side and gain outward fullness?. My Dr suggested this size to fit my needs. I know that they are big, and will be big, which I'm okay with since having breastfed, in my case left me with extra skin to do so. And honestly I like them a little on the big side. I just don't want to be "crazy" big. Right now I'm a 36C-D or 34C-D (depending on the bra) I'm also hoping for a more "teardrop" shape and really looking forward to them being softer. Any advise is useful :)

What size do you currently have? I had 3 BA's. The first time was 13 years ago 450 hp silicone. This year I went with 650 hp silicone in March and in July went with 800 hp silicone. I'm 5' 118 lbs and I love them. They don't seem too big as I was worried. I gave the fullness with the 800 cc that I was wanting. Depends on bras but I'm fitting 34 dd -36 d . As long as you have a good surgeon you will be in good hands with having them replaced and silicone is better than saline for more softness and natural look. I think you'll be happy with the 700 hp silicone. Wishing u good results :)

I went with 650 silicone and I'm at a 34DDD. Yours look awesome! By bottoming out, what are you referring to? I don't see the unevenness. I do think my silicone are very natural looking compared to the rounded shape. I should update a photo to my account. I love mine but I am curious as to how big you are trying to achieve.

These are the before pics? They are great why change them?

I would keep them they are awesome! I changed mine and jacked them up. I got Boob greed trying to get the perfect boobs. Now mine are a mess and looking at yours I have boob envy. Be careful, things can go wrong. If they are not broken don't fix them. Again, they look great! Wish I had yours lol

While they DO look very nice, I see the size difference & slight shape distortion. I'm sure with the newer implants you'll look even more amazing!

I'm going to Dr. Krau. I had really bad revision with Dr. Revis. Don't donthose internal bra stitching he uses they caused all my problems. Dr. Krau is taking the stitching out and I can't wait! Who are you going to? I'm 550cc and Dr.Krau is using same size or 600cc. I'm excited I bet you are too! Good luck!

I've had my breast surgery augmentation :)

I will post pics in a few days, I had my surgery a few days ago 10/6. I did undergo pocket reconstruction, scar removal, and choose to go with the 700 hp silicone. They look much different. I absolutely love them so far. They are looking natural "tear dropped" in shape with the same width as I had hoped for with fullness. I am in some pain. However, I was also given pain meds, antibiotics, steroid, and muscle relaxers. Taking these as prescribed is helping with pain. I'm very excited to continue to see the results. I also underwent a mini facelift and fat transfer to my lips (to even out things). I would love to share pics and progress of everything I've done in the next weeks to come. If anyone is considering these procedures, I hope seeing my progress can help aid in your choices to do so, or not to do so. I also hope to be all healed up, or close to it by my milestone b- day next month. A special present to myself :)

Looking forward to seeing your results! Curios to see the size difference. I'm 510cc going to 800cc my chest seems to eat up the cc's! Did you get mentor? Who was your surgeon?

I posted on a comment above( bringontheboobies) about the different cc's and types of implants. I would be careful and make sure they are the right size for your body. My old PS should have never used a 700 Moderate on me. It was a horrible ordeal. The HP is a major major difference! I have Natrelle.
