Nothing is really "wrong" with my breasts except...

Nothing is really "wrong" with my breasts except when I lost weight (from 135 to 125)-I lost volume and looked I thought horrible in a triangle top. Missing upper pole fullness! Had my first consult a few weeks ago and already had in my mind the date of surgery so when the office staff said it would be available (without me telling her the date) I thought this was it! They are too far apart. I am 5'7 and weigh 125. Right now between a B and a C cup (36) hoping for a full D-but not bigger than that (that would be Victoria Secret DD size). Discussion is between 475-525 and either moderate plus or high profile.

Two Days Post op

This is the 2nd day after surgery. Took the pain med first thing today because I had shooting pain esp on the left side. I opened the bra briefly yesterday to look to make sure they are even. I think the left seems bigger. I think more work had to be done on the left side maybe because I haven't felt a lot of pain on the right, just the left.
After the surgery, the doctor just popped in to tell me what size he put in. He put in 550 HP (woah Nellie). I am hoping I told him what size I was "before" was right. We decided that err on the bigger side. And told me to contact the office to make my follow up appt forTuesday. Well, the office was closed Friday, and also Monday (holiday). So, I am hoping I can get in there ON Tuesday when I call as I am just taking it easy as I am paranoid to do a lot of stuff. And I can have a friend take me on Tuesday. I see other posts that people have their follow up 2-3 days later so I want to get in on Tuesday to make sure everything is going as planned.
The post op nurse in the recovery said to just do sponge bath and also not lift more than 10 pounds. I wasn't very nauseous after the surgery because I told the anesthesiologist that I do get nauseous and the doctor also had prescribed for me anti-nauseous suppositories too (used one of those immediately when I got home).
I will be able to post more "after" pix after Tuesday (the 8th). I posted the granny bra pic, my bed set up and two before pictures I took that a.m. and one of my wish pix that I gave the doctor. The bed is an old Ikea chair that folds out flat and I have one of those back rest pillows, then a cylindar pillow, and then a regular pillow over that to try to stay on my back when I sleep. It's all then pushed up against the table so they do not fall off the back.
Taking doculax and Phillips milk of magnesia and still haven't had a BM. I am going to walk around more today to hopefully get stuff through the system.

Praying I can see the doctor tomorrow

Well not blocked up anymore (completely opposite) and I got on the scale tonight OMG. Hoping the boobs contributed a few pounds (plus meds) still have the shooting pain in the left side. Right has had no problems at all.

So far so good. His office staff is very nice (Kate). He has a direct to the point manner.
