Unable to breathe from left nostril, suffered from...
unable to breathe from left nostril, suffered from nasal drip, occasional sinus pain and snoring, decided I would have an ENT doctor look at my nose to see the severity of my deviated septum and after his examination he determined the extent of scar tissue caused by apparent trauma to my nose, septoplasty was recommended

I'm also recovering from a septoplasty and turbinate reduction on the 31st...kind of wishing I would have went with an external rhinoplasty as well.

I also had turbine reduction, I haven't been mentally clear lately, I had a lot of swelling and was prescribed some steroids which helped tremendously I will be going in Monday to have the splint removed not sure about the cast but I will keep posted

swelling has gone down tremendously, not much pain, just very tired all the time

bruising have gone down tremendously thanks to Arnica cream applied nightly, I apply it every night and I swear my bruises get lighter and lighter every day, can't wait till the swelling of the tip of my nose goes down, I've had a good experience so far really not much pain, Oh and ithelps that I had the splint and cast removed on monday



Thanks for sharing! Do you know what the trauma was that caused your deviated septum? Some sort of accident? I hope you'll keep us posted and let us know how your healing process goes.
