Had 2 kybella treatments, was not impressed. Have lost 62 pounds since July and still have a huge double chin. If you had a really big face, just go for lipo!!!

I'm sorry you had to deal with this but I have seen many, who have been treated with this product and had no change in their neck area. I think this is a big expense, with very poor results.

Congrats on your weight loss, that's awesome and you look great! I had Kybella done in August, going for my second treatment on the 26th. I was lucky I guess, I saw major improvement but didn't have a great amount of under the chin fat, so perhaps that makes a difference?

Thanks for sharing your experience

I definitely think it is great for people with smaller double chin situations. I do not think it is good for people like me, who had a substantial amount of submental fat going on. I also have extra skin. The surgeon I am going to for my mommy makeover agrees that a lift would be needed to acheive the look I want. Originally he thought lipo might help but after showing him better pics of the loose skin he was like...yeah..neck lift

Yeah, that makes sense. I've read great reviews on mini face/neck lifts with amazing results...perhaps that's something you can do in the future, although you really do look pretty now. I think we're our own worst critics. Women tend to be so hard on themselves. I'm in my 40's and am looking into a mini lift myself lol. Take care. :)

Thank you for sharing. You look beautiful now so you should look stunning when you are done. My profile and weight are identical to yours so I think I will skip the injections . Thanks again.

Hang in there! I'm on three weeks post second treatment. I'm starting to see a little difference.

Hang in there! It does look like is slowly starting to help, at least compared to your originals...that is the thing about Kybella, takes time to work!!

I'm 4 days post my first time, so def not seeing changes yet...except swollen and have a few injection bruises that I'm super self concious about D: And just really numb as well. Did you have numbness with yours/how long did it last after first round?

Also, my dr said could take up to 12 weeks for one injection of Kybella to have maximum effect...they suggested I wait 6-12 weeks between treatments so results could be seen more clearly. So having 3rd treatment would totally be an option, but I think may be better to wait until after the wedding at this point, if only to make sure you aren't extra swollen for it! Hoping you see more results and feel happier about it by then...but if not, I hope doesn't make you too self conscious. You're beautiful and hilarious, and you deserve to enjoy your day to the fullest!!
