I found this site after my last consult..(went to 7 different Drs) The last consult went well except he told me his suggestion was 600cc silicone Ultra High Profile unders. I immed got on Internet looking for pics.. There are very few that had nice breast before just needing replaced due to age of implant and bigger size. Very few UHP pics. InCan't say that this surgery was easier than first, I'm very sore and swollen even thru my back and sides. I know I need to be patient but I do not like the looks of them 2 days post op. They seem a little bigger in size but I know a lot of it is swelling.. I'll keep updating since I know it's hard to find pics going from moderate to UHP

You look amazing are the 1st pictures your breast now with the 600HP? It's definitely a jump in weight. I sure hope your imflamation goes down. Your breast will be very full with a nice cleavage. I hope that you fall in love with them! I have 425cc Mod plus silicone under & I wish I had of found this site before my surgery! Xoxo I hope you heal well all my best xoxox

The first pics are my first BA after 13 yrs.. The pic in bra are the new 600cc ..they are still so swollen all thru my back. Been so long since I had first ba I can't remember if I was this way back then

Are u sleeping propped up at all? I know I couldn't sleep flat for at least the first 4 wks post-op. I really like Arnica Montana it helps so much with the imflamation, bruising & pain. All my best xoxo

That was my major worry with UHP.. ESP For a revision when there was nothing wrong with old implants just couldn't find pics to see what they looked like. I'm 5 days out now and they haven't really changed much. I'm not liking them right now ;( the size is great but they look like someone else's boobs not mine. I'm trying to be patient ;) my left one sounds like it gurgles has air or fluid in it? Will ask at post op appt. Good luck with your surgery!!!! Can't wait to hear of your results ;)

I slept propped up first 2 nites.. I'm able to sleep on both my sides tonite ;) I'm a side sleeper! I am taking arnica no pain med today barely sore but still pretty swollen. I'm wondering if a tight sports bra is better than a loose more comfortable one for swelling. Thank you for your kind supporting replies ;) I love the size of my new implants just not liking the looks of them at all at this point. They don't look like my old ones at all. My husband is trying to tell me my first ba looked this way too at first.. I just don't remember. Staying hopeful!

I've heard other women say they've heard gurgling sounds as well. Wow u can sleep on your sides already...u go! :) I'm glad you're taking the Arnica & bromaline. Have you been icing as well? Thank you soo much....I haven't iced... I showered by myself today shaved washed my hair dried it got dressed and went to the gym walked on the treadmill :) feel really good today. No pain meds needed. Left boob still feels more sore than right and looks a tad bigger too... More questions for my appointment.

Look great!! Would u say a 300 ccs increase made a huge difference...I'm going from 425ccs to 565hp or 625 ccs mp....not sure if 140 ccs will be enough to create fullness.....im a 38D/36DD now....

Wow! I got 240cc increase and want to be a dd think I'm more in the d range... My boob greed wishes I wouldn't have been so scared of the # and went 700cc lol

Did u see a big difference in size?? U think 140 ccs will increase in size? Now that u see with ur increase of 240ccs??? I have 4 days to decide what size or profile...
.since my p's is using silicone he has to order week before surgery...is on the 17th...This month!!!

I think to be a full DD from a A cup maybe a 700 ccs implant....i was a C cup prior and got 425ccs went to 38D...so to achieve a C cup need about 300-350ccs..plus 425ccs equals a 700 ccs plus to take u to a full DD

I heard doctors say it takes 200 ccs to increase a cup size? So u got an.increase of 1 1/2 cup...U should be a D/DD....they look sooo good!!!

I see the most difference in weight of implant and a little in size. Not really what I expected? I would go larger if your debating. This is my second BA and both times now I wish I had gone larger... I don't want to look silly in my cloths now that I'm 45 years old not 25... I think they are looking better getting used to them. I can feel these under my arm a little my last implants not at all... Try on dozers again if you can and remember they will be smaller once implanted ;) can't wait to see you post op and happy!!! Xoxo

My ps recommend 695 ccs mp. That's too big...270 ccs increase. That's a cup + increase from DD now..lol I'll be a 38 E or F...i dont want to look like I gained 10 lbs. Big yes...would like to wear size large in jr dept...not 2 XL lol

Yes I have a friend that's got 34ddd and she looks like a football player in a lot of cloths. Looks way bigger than she is. You don't want that.

Thank you! I loved them before they just were everyth enough I thought and ofcoursewere13 yrs old waddle for a touch up. I hope they look like my old set soon I'm not liking the look of these at all yet. I'm so impatient ...

I sure hope u love them...they're definitely different(the saline vs the silicone). I know what u mean about being impatient, I wish my revision was done & I was 6 months post-op from the surgery I have in 7 days. :)

What are you getting with this surgery? I'm excited for you!! I'm wishing I was 6 mos out too lol!!!! I didn't take pain med today so that was a good thing in the progression... Still very swollen and sore all thru rib cage and my back. My hubby said surgery took longer than they expected , I'll have lots of questions at my post op appt thinking he did more work on my left breast it seems to be more swollen and tender... I think you look great! There is defiantly a huge difference in weight going from salines to silicones. I am post op day 12 and still can't sleep on my side. I just don't like feeling I have when I wake up. It feels like a tidal wave is shifting within my implants. So I still sleep in my recliner.

Thank you!! I had my 1 wk post op visit today.. Stitches stay in another week..My left is still more swollen and got in trouble for caring my purse.. It's heavy. I can start massaging 3xs a day was told to keep surgical bra on for 6 weeks 24/7 . She was shocked I could sleep on my side so soon. It does feel strange to turn over and when I get up but it feels strange too to walk barefoot they the house and my left boob bounces lol. They are a tad heavier but soooo much softer than my saline already. Nurse said I will love them once they drop and fluff. I feel like they look like cones.. Hard to go from cute pretty boobs to this I'm sure I'll be happy in time I can't wait ;)

I'm so glad your appointment went well! You're going to have amazing breasts. They're going to fluff & drop you're going to love them. Rt now they look strange, but soon enough u will blossom & transform! I wouldn't spend too much $$ on bras at first unless u have $$ to spend & it's burning a hole in your pocket... you will love bra shopping, it might be discouraging at first if u can't find the sizes u need at the store. I know you'll find some great stuff. I'm so happy for u... all my best oxox

I went to Walmart bought 5 bras that were comfy no wire just kind of stretchy like the surgical bra. How long should I wait till I go real bra shopping? When will I know I'm done transforming lol!
