Provider Review
Make sure you know they do NOT give refunds-even when they are in error. I honestly had the best experience with my first visits, but it all fell apart in the last month. I went for a laser hair removal treatment on my legs. The tech could not get the laser and cooling air to work properly. I expressed that my legs were burning and she told me it was normal. I told the front desk before leaving that they were on "fire" and told to see how they felt when I got home. I called later that day crying telling them I was burned. Again I was told that it was normal and to take benadryl and put on hydrocortisone. I have gone from burns to looking like mud was spattered on me to now having discolored circles. The doctor said it will take weeks to recover (I believe months). I asked for a refund for my remaining services. I was told that they offer NO REFUNDS. I was lucky to get a "spa credit" for unused services. I did nothing wrong, yet I have been treated like what happened was something I did.
