Breast Lift with Silicone Implants and Extended Tummy Tuck with Lipo After Massive Weight Loss - Salt Lake City, UT

WORTH IT$14,000
I consulted with 4 plastic surgeons and finally decided on a doc in a neighboring state about 5 hours drive away. I scheduled my surgery date yesterday and I am beyond excited! Just about 1 month away. I am feeling nervous and excited. I will have to take my family to SLC with me. That includes my husband and 2 kids ages 4 and 7. That makes me nervous. I will be staying in a hotel for 4 days post op. The hospital is a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms so hopefully that will make it easier for them to stay with me. I would love to hear any advice you all may have for me.

I am so excited for you and envious! I look a lot like you only with wrinkles cuz I am older. I am in California and am concidering coming to Utah for this. Does the 14,000 include everything you are having done? Will it all be in one surgery? Are you staying overnight in a hospital as well as a hotel? Did you see other Utah Dr?

The $14,000 does include everything. Anesthesia, surgeon's fee, surgical fee, silicone implants, etc. I read my last post and I realized I said the "hospital" is a 2 bedroom......That was my mistake. I meant to say the hotel. It is all scheduled for a single surgery. I have to stay local at least 3 postop days per the surgeon. I will go directly to the hotel after awake enough to leave the surgery center recovery. We will be going in to town on Friday, surgery on Saturday (that's a long story), and leave Wednesday morning after postop appointment. I am staying in an extended-stay type hotel so the daily rates decrease drastically if you stay at least 5 nights. Hopefully the kids and husband will hold up for all that time. I am super excited, but also nervous! I did see another surgeon in UT, but didn't get to spend much time with him because he was running late for the appointment which almost made me late for my second appointment of the day (trip).

I would do it all but not the implants. I had 3 implant surgeries, they leak, get hard, you have to have one after another.....they don't feel natural & are not good for your health. I would just do the lift and let him use the fat from your tummy in your breast. It will look great and you will be & feel natural & won't need repeated surgeries. I wish I had never had an implant and am happy with my natural breast now that on the 4th surgery they were removed and replaced with natural fat. They look great.

Too late. All was done on Saturday. Hopefully my implants do just fine. I really don't want them to look overly "natural". So far so good

What bra should I buy?
I am wondering what kind of bra to buy. I have read different things and seen all types in post op pics. What did you find worked best for you? My doctor's office said to get a back closure, non-sports bra that is comfortable as well as a supportive sleep bra. What were your favorites during the early postop period and up to a few weeks?

Did you find a good bra? I too was curious as what to get.

I purchased several different bras, but so far I am just wearing the bra that the doctor put on me.

This is rough, but I know all will be fine in time. Gather a good support system. My husband is taking very good care of me thank goodness. It's hard to do in a hotel suite with 2 kids.
