Dr. Prada is Amazing! - Saint Louis, MO

WORTH IT$9,400
I got my first implants in 2000 over the muscle. In 2006 I switched doctors and replaced them and went under the muscle. In 2009 I had a leak and had the same doctor replace it. In 2016 I had the same side leak again. After much research, I switched to Dr. Prada to repair the leak this time. He did a lift and replaced my saline implants with silicone; still under the muscle. All I can say is WOW!!! They have never looked as great as they look now! He is amazing! Exactly the look I wanted from the very beginning! I highly recommend Dr. Prada and wish I had found him sooner! He understands the look you want when you explain it to him. I never felt as comfortable talking to the other two surgeons as I felt with Dr. Prada. I had several questions before surgery and even a few after and each time I called I felt like my calls and questions were welcomed. I was never made to feel like I was bothering him or his nurse. I will never go anywhere else. I truly could not be happier!!!

Dr. Prada is more than a skilled surgeon. In my eyes, he is truly gifted. There are several surgeons out there with certifications, awards, scholastic excellence awards, etc., but in addition to all of those things, what Dr. Prada has is a gift! Not only is he highly qualified, he is truly brilliant and skilled at what he does. He is absolutely amazing and has made me feel better about the way I look than I ever have! I am so grateful and highly recommend him.

So glad you found a doctor that could help you with your implants and give you a lift to finish off your look! What profile type and implant size did you get with your recent revision? Congratulations and thank you for sharing with us!

Healing was a little slower this time but I am almost 6 weeks out now and all seems to be good. I went with a high profile natrelle inspira implant for more upper fullness and am very pleased. Doing the lift removed some excess skin so I went with implants that were about 35cc's larger to make up for the lost skin and my previous bras fit about the same so that seemed to work well.

Yes, I believe a lift can add some time to the healing process but I bet it was worth it. Good idea to go with the higher profile too. How nice that your bras still fit but hope you'll treat yourself to a new one once you're done healing! ;)

Oh I will for sure! I am feelung great now and am so happy with my outcome!

Great to hear! If you're feeling brave, we'd love to see any pictures you're comfortable sharing. Update us again soon!

I don't have any before pictures to post for camparison but at my next appt I'm going to see if the doctor can send me my before pics. Then, yes I definitely will!
Congrats on your surgery!! Just wondering how you are healing and the size/profile you went with along with the brand? I will be having a revision with a lift in about a month so I'm just trying to prepare myself for what to expect! Thanks in advance for any advice or details you have to offer! Hope to hear back from you soon and I hope you are healing well!! Congrats!

Thanks for the info :) I was wondering if I should compensate for a loss of skin or not, but for me my lift isnt so much to lift a saggy breast, it is to reshape them for a more attractive shape/appearance. I'm nervous and excited :):)
Mine weren't overly saggy either. Just seemed like loose skin from aging. For me, choosing to go 35cc's larger was just about perfect to compensate for the lost skin.
Glad you're happy now!
Why do you think you had so many leaking on the same side?
All the best!
Bad luck. I really don't know and none of the doctors I talked to seemed to know why. (I had consults with 2 other doctors before seeing Dr. Prada but was not comfortable with them nor confident in their abilities with either of them.) They said that was pretty unusual.

That would be helpful, thank you! In the meantime, feel free to comment on the October 2016 breast implant revision surgery forum so you can see how other women like yourself are recovering!

I will! Thanks!
